In reviewing my peer's rubric entitled "oral report on food in the 20th century" I felt that the demands on the students were quite low -- students should be reaching for higher standards.
Regarding the person who felt that my expectation for correct spelling was unnecessary, I would like to point out that today, with spell-check, it's reasonable to expect students to strive to create a top level product. .
